By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Private Use:

You may use the purchased digital products exclusively for private (non-commercial) purposes. This includes creating unique items or personal projects.

2. No Commercial Use:

Any commercial use of the digital products is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Resale, redistribution, or distribution of the digital products (in whole or in part) in any form.

• Production of items for commercial purposes, sale, or marketing.

• Use of digital products for commercial services or commissioned work.

Commercial use includes any use of the products to generate revenue, promote business purposes, or provide paid services, including but not limited to advertising, product sales, or professional services.

3. No Redistribution or Cloud Use:

Redistribution, exchange, or publication of the digital products (even in modified form) to third parties is not permitted.

Uploading the digital products to cloud storage platforms or file-sharing services for third-party access is prohibited.

4. No Use for Illegal or Unethical Purposes:

Use of the digital products for illegal, defamatory, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise unethical purposes is prohibited.

5. Modifications:

You may modify the digital products for private purposes. However, modified versions must not be used commercially or redistributed.

6. No Use for AI Training:

Use of the digital products for the development, training, or improvement of artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning systems is prohibited.

 

7. Technical Protection Measures:

Removing, circumventing, or tampering with technical protection measures (e.g., watermarks, password protection, security mechanisms) is not permitted.

8. Perpetual License:

This license is valid indefinitely, provided the license terms are adhered to.

 

9. Revocation of License:

The licensor reserves the right to revoke the license in the event of violations of these terms.

In the event of a license violation, the revocation will be communicated in writing (e.g., by email). Upon revocation, the purchaser must delete the digital products and all copies within 7 days and cease usage immediately.

 

10. Copyright:

Copyright to the digital products remains with the Seller/Licensor at all times. Purchasing a license does not constitute a transfer of ownership but merely grants permission to use the products under these license terms.

11. Penalty for Breach:

The purchaser agrees to comply with these license terms. In the event of a violation, particularly in cases of unauthorized commercial use, redistribution, reproduction, or dissemination of the digital products, the Seller reserves the right to take legal action, including claiming damages.

12. Non-Transferable License:

The license is non-transferable and may not be sold or passed on to third parties.

13. Liability:

The Seller assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the products unless the damage is caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct by the Seller.

 

14. Fair Use:

The license does not exclude usage under fair use principles, provided such use does not conflict with commercial or unauthorized purposes.

 

15. Jurisdiction:

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes related to this license is Munich, Germany.

 

16. Severability Clause:

Should individual provisions of these license terms be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. A provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall replace it.
